Job summary

TruGlobal Inc. is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Architect to design, develop, and govern end-to-end ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and related modules in Bengaluru.

You will lead integrations with SAP, Jira, AWS, and Azure, uphold best practices in scripting and automation, and mentor a team of developers. The role requires hands-on expertise with Flow Designer, Orchestration, and AI-powered automation, along with project leadership and stakeholder management across IT and business

Qualifications

• Technical skills span ServiceNow architecture, configuration and development.
• Experience across ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, SecOps and HRSD modules.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs and integration methods.
• Hands-on with Flow Designer, Orchestration and automation.
• Knowledge of Performance Analytics, reporting and dashboards.
• Familiarity with AWS, Azure and DevOps toolchains.

Responsibilities

• Drive AI-powered automation and predictive analytics using ServiceNow capabilities.

• Monitor system health and implement proactive incident prevention strategies.
• Lead and mentor ServiceNow developers and administrators.
• Provide training and knowledge-sharing sessions for internal teams.
