Qualifications

• 10–16 years of experience designing and implementing enterprise ServiceNow solutions.

• Strong JavaScript programming for custom apps and client/server code.
• Proven ability to lead technical discussions with senior stakeholders.

Role Overview

As a ServiceNow Architect, you will serve as the technical authority for our enterprise-grade ServiceNow implementations. You will bridge the gap between complex business requirements and scalable technical architecture, ensuring that our solutions are robust, maintainable, and aligned with industry best practices. Working closely with cross-functional delivery teams and senior client stakeholders, you will lead the design and execution of end-to-end ServiceNow ecosystems, directly influencing the operational efficiency and digital maturity of our healthcare clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and design comprehensive ServiceNow solutions that address complex business challenges across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM and HRSD modules to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Lead the end-to-end implementation lifecycle, from initial requirement gathering and solution design to final deployment and post-go-live support, ensuring high-quality delivery for global healthcare clients.
• Develop and maintain sophisticated integrations between ServiceNow and third-party enterprise systems using RESTful web services to create a unified data environment.
• Oversee the configuration and customization of the Service Portal Framework to enhance user experience and drive adoption across the client organization.
• Provide expert guidance on Software Asset Management (SAM) strategies to help clients optimize their software spend and maintain compliance.
• Mentor technical teams and conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to platform best practices, performance standards, and security protocols.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate strategic business goals into technical roadmaps, ensuring the platform evolves to meet changing organizational needs.

Required Skillset

• Possess 10 - 16 years of professional experience in designing and implementing enterprise-level ServiceNow solutions.
• Demonstrate deep technical proficiency in ServiceNow platform architecture, including advanced configuration of ITSM, ITOM, ITAM and HRSD modules.
• Exhibit strong programming capabilities in JavaScript to build custom applications, business rules, and complex client-side scripts.
• Showcase extensive experience in designing and managing RESTful integrations to connect ServiceNow with diverse enterprise ecosystems.
• Demonstrate a proven ability to lead technical discussions with senior stakeholders, effectively articulating complex architectural decisions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Maintain a high level of adaptability to work in a hybrid environment, collaborating effectively with distributed teams across different time zones.
• Hold a relevant degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, complemented by advanced ServiceNow certifications.
