Job summary

V2 Solutions is seeking a ServiceNow Architect to own the architecture for a shared MSP instance with Domain Separation. You will define tenant onboarding, data segregation, ACLs, and scoped app boundaries, while governing a multitenant operating model with domain hierarchies and guardrails.

The role involves leading end-to-end solutioning across ITSM, CMDB/CSDM, and ITOM domains, including discovery, service mapping, and event management where applicable.
