AI Solutions Architect

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and implement ServiceNow architecture, including platform governance, data model design, integrations, and automation.
• Lead end-to-end solution design across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, SecOps, or other ServiceNow modules.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable, efficient ServiceNow solutions.
• Oversee platform upgrades, migrations, and version management.
• Define and enforce best practices for development, scripting, and platform usage.
• Drive integration architecture using APIs, MID servers, and external tools.
• Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and ensure platform security and compliance.
• Guide and mentor developers and administrators on ServiceNow best practices and technical standards.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 6+ years of hands‑on ServiceNow experience, with at least 3 years in an architect or lead role.
• Proven expertise in ITSM and at least one additional module: ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, or GRC.
• Experience designing and implementing CMDB models and discovery/inventory processes.
• Hands‑on with ServiceNow integrations (REST/SOAP, web services, API orchestration).
• Experience in domain separation, multi‑instance management, and performance optimization.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum delivery and DevOps CI/CD pipelines for ServiceNow.
