Job summary

Tekskills is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions across enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will have deep ITSM expertise, strong architectural knowledge, and hands-on integration with external systems.

Immediate notice period applies. 10+ years of IT experience and hands-on experience in ITSM modules, CMDB/CSDM, and UI Builder/Service Portal are required.

Qualifications

10+ years of overall IT experience with strong ServiceNow expertise.
Hands-on experience in ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request).
CMDB & CSDM framework knowledge.
Service Catalog & Flow Designer proficiency.
Integration Hub & APIs (REST/SOAP) experience.
Experience with Performance Analytics.
Experience with UI Builder / Service Portal.

Responsibilities

Lead design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions across enterprise environments.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable architectures.
Mentor and guide project teams on best practices and standards.
