Job summary

Wipro Limited invites an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead architectural design, solutioning, and integrations across ITBM and ITSM modules. You will mentor technical staff and define roadmaps for cloud-based ServiceNow solutions.

The role requires 10+ years of ServiceNow experience, strong leadership, and deep knowledge of CMDB, reporting, and analytics. A proactive, collaborative, and Agile mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in IT/CS or related field.
• Experience designing, integrating, and managing complex application solutions.
• Minimum 10–15 years experience in Information Technology.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.
• At least 10 years experience with the ServiceNow platform.
• 3+ years of ServiceNow Architecture Technical experience.
• 5+ years of Solution Architecture experience and hands-on.
• 5+ years as ServiceNow hands-on Development experience.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist.
• Strong ITBM/ITSM module experience (PM/CM, etc.).
• Experience with CMDB, reporting, and Performance Analytics.
• Proficient in programming, scripting, and DB technologies.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder collaboration.
• Experience with Agile methodology.

Responsibilities

• Develops specifications for new IT cloud computing products and service offerings.
• Assesses the compatibility and integration of products/services proposed as standards in order to ensure an integrated architecture across interdependent technologies.
• Advises executives to develop functional strategies (often segment specific) on matters of significance.
• Exercises independent judgment and decision making on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks and works under minimal supervision.
• Uses independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors and determining the best course of action.

• Strong technical experience in the ServiceNow Platform, especially in the areas of ITBM (PPM, APM) and ITSM (Change Management, Incident Management, Problem Management).
• Additional modules would be highly regarded such as HRSD, GRC, Security Operations, IT Operations Management, Software Asset Management, Discovery etc.
• Hands on experience of the main ServiceNow components such as Business Rule, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI scripts, UI Actions, ACLs, Scheduled Jobs, workflows, UI Macros, UI Pages, Script Include, GlideAjax, Jelly, Data Sources, Encryption, Transform Maps,
• Import Sets, Update Sets and Integration with web services
• Experience and knowledge of the ServiceNow CMDB structure
• Experience and knowledge of ServiceNow reporting, preferably including the use of Performance Analytics.
• Experience in the creation of custom applications on the ServiceNow platform.
• Experience in ServiceNow upgrades and releases.
• Proficient in at least 1 Programming language
• Proficient in at least 1 Scripting language
• Proficient in at least 1 DB technology
• Strong leadership and communication skills and ability to get results
• Ability to partner and win the confidence of our business partners
• Experience or knowledge of the Agile methodology.
