Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead TRBs to evaluate customization requests and minimize technical debt.
• Manage end-to-end ServiceNow implementations, milestones, and budgets.
• Drive Agile delivery processes including Sprint Planning, standups, and reviews.
• Interface with client leadership and executives to align business and platform capabilities.

• The ServiceNow Architect cum Delivery Manager will serve as the overall engagement lead, responsible for both the technical architecture and successful delivery of ServiceNow initiatives. This role combines strategic platform ownership, architecture governance, stakeholder management, program leadership, and team oversight to ensure scalable, secure, and business-aligned ServiceNow solutions.

• Key Responsibilities

• Architecture & Technical Leadership

• Define and own the ServiceNow platform architecture, roadmap, and governance framework.
