Secure Minds is seeking a hands-on ServiceNow AI Engineer to deliver agentic solutions on the ServiceNow AI Platform. You will build, test, and demonstrate Now Assist use cases for a global life-sciences/healthcare enterprise, connecting to external agents and platforms via MCP and A2A, and documenting results to guide the client roadmap.

This short-duration engagement requires immediate availability and registration of technical demonstrations and demos for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Now Assist agentic use-case implementation.
• MCP and A2A integration experience with working integrations.
• ServiceNow platform skills: Flow Designer, scripting, REST/API integrations, roles & access.
• APIs, authentication & authorization (OAuth, tokens, scopes, identity).

Responsabilités

• Design and build agentic solutions (AI agents, workflows, tools, skills).
• Implement and test MCP/A2A integrations and ensure interoperability.
• Enable Microsoft Copilot interoperability with ServiceNow agents.
• Conduct time-boxed experiments and evaluations; document findings.

We are looking for a hands-on ServiceNow AI Engineer with proven experience implementing Now Assist agentic use cases for a global life-sciences/healthcare enterprise. The role builds, tests and demonstrates working agentic solutions on the ServiceNow AI Platform, connects them to external agents and platforms through MCP and A2A, and documents findings to inform the client agentic roadmap.

Responsibilities include agentic solution design and build (AI agents, workflows, tools, skills), MCP/A2A integration implementation and testing, Microsoft Copilot interoperability, time-boxed experimentation and evaluation, and producing technical documentation and demos for stakeholders. This is a short-duration, fast-ramp engagement requiring immediate or near-term availability.
