Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a skilled ServiceNow AI specialist to design, configure and deploy AI Agents and agentic workflows in complex enterprise environments. • Candidate should develop reusable tools/actions that AI agents can invoke and integrate ServiceNow with enterprise apps.
• Strong experience testing and troubleshooting AI agents and agentic workflows, including logs and evaluations.
• Understanding AI security, governance, data privacy and responsible AI principles.

• Work with business and technical stakeholders to identify Agentic AI opportunities, define agent objectives, tools, instructions, triggers, knowledge/data requirements and expected outcomes.
• Integrate AI agents with ServiceNow workflows, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, APIs, enterprise data sources and external applications while following appropriate security controls.
• Test, troubleshoot and optimize AI-agent executions; analyze logs and improve reliability and performance.
• Establish development standards and governance for enterprise Agentic AI implementations; prepare designs, documentation and runbooks.

Experience integrating ServiceNow AI solutions with external applications using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server and enterprise integration patterns. Exposure to external AI/LLM services, enterprise knowledge systems and API-driven automation would be advantageous.

• Establish development standards and governance for enterprise Agentic AI implementations. Prepare technical designs, solution documentation, test evidence and deployment/runbook documentation and provide technical guidance to project teams.
