Job summary

Blue Star in Delhi seeks a proactive Contracts & AMC Support executive to manage end-to-end AMC contract activities. You will validate CBO expiry data, prepare customer proposals, negotiate contracts, and coordinate invoicing and payments with respective teams.

Role includes client visits, monitoring contract activations with CBO, and participation in tenders for AMC opportunities, ensuring timely renewals and revenue realization.

Responsibilities

• Validating the data of CBO expiry list for retention of AMC customers and warranty conversion; submission of proposals to customers.
• Negotiating and finalizing the AMC contract; taking approvals from AH/RH if required; collecting orders; submission of proforma invoice and collecting payments.
• Sending validation to CBO for contract activation; close monitoring with CBO for activation; issuing work orders to associates and generating invoices.
• Submission of invoices as per TOP; payment follow-up and collection of payments.
• Making PR visits and calls on a regular basis.
• Identifying and sending proposals to PEP customers by understanding their needs.
• Attending tenders for new AMC.
