Job summary

Selective Global Search is seeking an AMC Sales AM/Sr. Exec to drive services sales for HVAC products. The role involves validating CBO expiry lists, proposing contracts, negotiating AMC terms, and coordinating order and invoicing processes.

The candidate will handle contract activation, payment follow-up, visits to customers, prospecting PEP customers, and tenders for AMC opportunities.

Qualifications

• AMC sales/Services sales experience
• HVAC product domain knowledge
• Contract negotiation and closure experience
• Invoice generation and payment collection experience
• Tender participation experience

Responsibilities

• Validate data for AMC expiry and retention of AMC customers; propose and submit contracts to customers
• Negotiate and finalize AMC contracts; obtain approvals as needed; collect orders and proforma invoices
• Prepare and validate contract activations; coordinate with CBO; issue work orders and generate invoices
• Submit invoices as per TOP; follow up on payments; ensure timely collections
• Make customer visits and calls regularly; identify prospects (PEP) and send proposals; participate in tenders for AMC opportunities

• Validating the data of CBO expiry list for retention of AMC customers and warranty conversion, Submission of proposal to customers
• Negotiating and finalizing the AMC contract, taking approval from AH /RH if required. Collecting the order. Submission of proforma Invoice and collect the payment.
• Sending validation to CBO for contract activation, close monitoring with CBO for contract activation, issuing work order to associates and invoice generation.
• Submission of Invoice as per TOP. Payment follow-up and collecting payments
• Making PR visits and calls on regular basis
• Identifying and sending proposal to PEP customers by understanding the their needs
• Attending tenders for new AMC
