Job summary

Blue Star is seeking a contract administration specialist to manage AMC data validation, contract finalization, invoicing, and payment collection for service agreements. You will coordinate with internal teams and customers to ensure timely renewals and revenue recognition.

The role includes negotiating terms, submitting proposals, following up on payments, visiting customers, and supporting tender activities to grow AMC with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Data validation and contract administration experience preferred.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Experience with invoicing, payments and client coordination.

Responsibilities

• Validate CBO expiry data for retention of AMC customers and warranty conversions; prepare customer proposals.
• Negotiate and finalize AMC contracts; obtain approvals as needed; collect orders and process proformas and payments.
• Send validations for contract activation and monitor with CBO; issue work orders to associates and generate invoices.
• Prepare and submit invoices as per TOP; follow up on payments and collections.
• Conduct PR visits and regular client calls to maintain relationships.
• Identify and send proposals to PEP customers by understanding their needs.
• Attend tenders for new AMC opportunities.

1. 1. Validating the data of CBO expiry list for retention of AMC customers and warranty conversion, Submission of proposal to customers
2. 2. Negotiating and finalizing the AMC contract, taking approval from AH /RH if required. Collecting the order. Submission of proforma Invoice and collect the payment.
3. 3. Sending validation to CBO for contract activation, close monitoring with CBO for contract activation, issuing work order to associates and invoice generation.
