Job summary

Blue Star is seeking a contract management professional in Ahmedabad to validate CBO expiry data, retain AMC customers and drive warranty conversions, and submit proposals to customers. You will negotiate AMC contracts, obtain approvals as needed, coordinate order collection, generate proformas and invoices, and monitor payment collection while coordinating with CBO.

The role includes field visits to clients, identifying needs, sending proposals to PEP customers, and participating in tenders for

Qualifications

• Diploma/ BE/ B.Tech required.
• 3 years to 6 years of experience in relevant roles.
• Experience in AMC/warranty contracts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Validate CBO expiry data for AMC retention and warranty conversion; submit proposals to customers.
• Negotiate and finalize AMC contracts; obtain AH/RH approvals when required; collect order and proforma invoice; collect payment.
• Send validation to CBO for contract activation; monitor activation; issue work orders to associates and generate invoices.
• Submit invoices as per TOP; perform payment follow-up and collect payments.
• Make PR visits and calls regularly to prospects and clients.
• Identify and send proposals to PEP customers by understanding their needs.
• Attend tenders for new AMC opportunities.

Job Description
