Job summary

Blue Star in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, seeks an AMC contracts administrator to validate contract data, negotiate terms, and manage invoicing and payments. The role includes supporting proposals, activating contracts with CBO/AH/RH, and issuing work orders.

The position also involves field visits, identifying customer needs (PEP), and participating in tenders for AMC opportunities to drive new business.

Responsibilities

• Validate CBO expiry data to retain AMC customers and submit proposals
• Negotiate and finalize AMC contracts, obtain approvals as required, and collect payments
• Send validation to CBO for contract activation, monitor activation, and issue work orders and invoices
• Submit invoices as per TOP, perform payment follow-up and collections
• Make PR visits and calls regularly
• Identify and propose solutions to PEP customers according to their needs
• Attend tenders for new AMC opportunities

1. Validating the data of CBO expiry list for retention of AMC customers and warranty conversion, Submission of proposal to customers
2. Negotiating and finalizing the AMC contract, taking approval from AH /RH if required. Collecting the order. Submission of proforma Invoice and collect the payment.
3. Sending validation to CBO for contract activation, close monitoring with CBO for contract activation, issuing work order to associates and invoice generation.
4. Submission of Invoice as per TOP. Payment follow-up and collecting payments
5. Making PR visits and calls on regular basis
6. Identifying and sending proposal to PEP customers by understanding the their needs
7. Attending tenders for new AMC
