Job summary

Blue Star in Coimbatore is seeking a candidate to manage AMC contracts, validate customer data, and drive warranty conversions. You will coordinate contract activations, generate and follow up on invoices, and maintain strong client engagement.

The role requires a Diploma/BE/B.Tech and 3+ years of experience, with regular field visits and tender involvement to win new AMC opportunities.

Qualifications

• Diploma/ BE/ B.Tech in relevant engineering field.

Responsibilities

• Validating CBO expiry data for AMC retention and warranty conversions.
• Negotiating and finalizing AMC contracts; obtaining AH / RH approvals as needed; collecting orders.
• Sending validation to CBO for contract activation and issuing work orders; invoice generation.
• Submitting invoices as per TOP; following up on payments.
• Making PR visits and calls regularly.
• Identifying and sending proposals to PEP customers based on their needs.
• Attending tenders for new AMC.

1. Validating the data of CBO expiry list for retention of AMC customers and warranty conversion, Submission of proposal to customers
2. Negotiating and finalizing the AMC contract, taking approval from AH /RH if required. Collecting the order. Submission of proforma Invoice and collect the payment.
3. Sending validation to CBO for contract activation, close monitoring with CBO for contract activation, issuing work order to associates and invoice generation.
4. Submission of Invoice as per TOP. Payment follow-up and collecting payments
5. Making PR visits and calls on regular basis
6. Identifying and sending proposal to PEP customers by understanding the their needs
7. Attending tenders for new AMC
