Job summary

Blue Star in Chandigarh, India is seeking an AMC contract administrator to manage contract validations, proposals, and invoicing for AMC services. The role involves coordinating with CBO for activation, collecting payments, and maintaining client relations.

Key duties include negotiating contracts, handling approvals, submitting proformas, and pursuing new AMC tenders. Regular field visits and client engagement are expected to drive retention and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in AMC contracts and service agreements.
• Ability to manage invoicing, payments and proforma invoices.
• Proven negotiation and customer-handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Validate CBO expiry data and submit proposals to customers.
• Negotiate and finalize AMC contracts, obtain approvals, collect orders and issue invoices.
• Coordinate contract activation with CBO and issue work orders; monitor payments.
• Submit invoices as per TOP, follow up on payments.
• Make regular PR visits and calls.
• Identify PEP customers and propose solutions based on needs.
• Attend tenders for new AMC opportunities.

1. Validating the data of CBO expiry list for retention of AMC customers and warranty conversion, Submission of proposal to customers
2. Negotiating and finalizing the AMC contract, taking approval from AH /RH if required. Collecting the order. Submission of proforma Invoice and collect the payment.
3. Sending validation to CBO for contract activation, close monitoring with CBO for contract activation, issuing work order to associates and invoice generation.
4. Submission of Invoice as per TOP. Payment follow-up and collecting payments
5. Making PR visits and calls on regular basis
6. Identifying and sending proposal to PEP customers by understanding the their needs
7. Attending tenders for new AMC
