Job summary

Blue Star in Delhi is seeking a dynamic professional to manage AMC data validation, contract negotiations, invoicing, and customer proposals.

The role involves interfacing with CBO/AH/RH, collecting payments, issuing work orders, and attending tenders for new AMC opportunities. Diploma/BE/B.Tech with 3–12 years of experience is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or BE/B.Tech required.
• 3–12 years of experience in related AMC/sales roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Validate CBO expiry data for AMC retention and warranty conversions; submit proposals to customers.
• Negotiate and finalize AMC contracts with approvals as needed; collect orders and proforma invoices; collect payments.
• Validate and issue activation orders; monitor contract activation with CBO; issue work orders and invoices.
• Submit invoices as per TOP; follow up on payments and ensure collections.
• Make PR visits and calls regularly to customers.
• Identify and send proposals to PEP customers based on their needs.
• Attend tenders for new AMC opportunities.

• . Validating the data of CBO expiry list for retention of AMC customers and warranty conversion, Submission of proposal to customers
• 2. Negotiating and finalizing the AMC contract, taking approval from AH /RH if required. Collecting the order. Submission of proforma Invoice and collect the payment.
• 3. Sending validation to CBO for contract activation, close monitoring with CBO for contract activation, issuing work order to associates and invoice generation.
• 4. Submission of Invoice as per TOP. Payment follow-up and collecting payments
• 5. Making PR visits and calls on regular basis
• 6. Identifying and sending proposal to PEP customers by understanding the their needs
• 7. Attending tenders for new AMC.
