Job summary

Cerebra is seeking a ServiceNow SPM Developer to implement and manage the SAM Pro module within ITAM. The role focuses on data integrity for licenses, entitlements and usage, while guiding stakeholders through SAM lifecycle processes. You will register assets and CIs, serve as SME, and drive design workshops with IT teams.

Experience in SAM Pro, ServiceNow configuration, and asset management is essential to translate business needs into scalable ITAM solutions and successful deployments.

Responsibilities

Role Description

• Implement and configure ServiceNow SAM Pro module independently.
• Champion the Software Asset Management (SAM) lifecycle, processes, and procedures to ensure data integrity of software rights, licenses, and usage.
• Support SAM compliance by maintaining accurate software entitlement, license, and usage information.
• Register new Software Assets and Configuration Items (CIs) and maintain appropriate relationships based on defined SAM Pro models.
• Act as the technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) for ServiceNow IT Hardware Asset Management and Software Asset Management.
• Collaborate with IT Asset Management process owners, SMEs, and technical teams to implement and enhance ServiceNow ITAM capabilities.
