Job description

ITAM requirements - SAM Developer, HAM developer and ITOM developer with experience in Application discovery and Service Mapping.

Deep ServiceNow Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, particularly the ITAM (SAM/HAM),,software licensing models, and ITAM best practices,ITSM, ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping), and CMDB modules.

Ability to configure andcustomiseSAM workflows and dashboards.

Experience integrating SAM Pro with ITSM, CMDB, procurement, and finance systems

Proficiencyin API-based integrations and automation for license reclamation and compliance check

Strong skills in data migration, cleansing, andnormalisationfor software assets.

In-depth knowledge of the Hardware Asset Management module, including asset lifecycle processes (procurement, stockroom, inventory, disposal

Familiarity with auto-discovery tools (SCCM, BigFix, Qualys) and third-party SAM tools (Flexera, Snow

Integration Technologies: Experience with key technologies relevant to integrations, including REST/SOAP APIs, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, SSO, SAML, and MID Servers.
