Job summary

Human Development & Research Foundation is seeking a skilled ServiceNow SAM Pro/HAM Pro Developer to implement and support software and hardware asset management on the ServiceNow platform. You will manage asset lifecycles from procurement to retirement, ensure license compliance, and enhance CMDB data quality.

The role requires hands-on scripting with JavaScript and Glide APIs, and building integrations with procurement, discovery, and third-party systems to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with SAM Pro and HAM Pro modules on ServiceNow.
• Strong knowledge of asset lifecycle for software and hardware.
• Proficiency in license reconciliation and software license compliance.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support SAM Pro and HAM Pro modules on the ServiceNow platform.
• Manage end-to-end lifecycle of software and hardware assets from procurement to retirement.
• Ensure license compliance, reconciliation accuracy, and audit readiness.
• Develop custom logic using JavaScript and Glide APIs to meet business requirements.
• Work on CMDB integrations, discovery sources, normalization, and data reconciliation.
• Build and maintain integrations with procurement, discovery, and third-party systems.
• Monitor and improve data quality across asset and CMDB records.
• Create operational and management reports/dashboards for compliance, utilization, and cost optimization.
