Job summary

Dynpro is seeking an experienced ServiceNow ITSM Lead Consultant to design, develop, and support enterprise‑scale ServiceNow solutions with a focus on ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB in an India‑based role. The ideal candidate will drive ITSM best practices, Discovery, Service Mapping, and CMDB initiatives across complex landscapes.

You will gather business requirements, implement ITOM workflows, maintain CMDB data quality, and develop integrations via REST/SOAP, collaborating with cross‑functional teams

Qualifications

• 9+ years of hands-on ServiceNow ITSM experience.
• Strong experience with ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping.
• Experience with upgrades and enterprise implementations.

Responsibilities

• Gather business requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions.
• Design, develop, configure, and implement ServiceNow ITSM applications.
• Configure and maintain ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and MID Servers.
• Troubleshoot discovery, integration, and CMDB data quality issues.
• Support Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, and Asset Management processes.
• Develop and support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of CI relationships, Discovery patterns, Identification & Reconciliation, and CSDM.
• Experience with Service Catalog, Incident, Problem, Change, and Asset Management modules.
• Hands‑on experience with REST/SOAP integrations.
• Knowledge of HTML,JavaScript, and web technologies.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• ITIL Foundation Certification preferred.
• Experience supporting enterprise‑scale CMDB implementations is highly preferred.
