• Primary Skills: Strong hands-on expertise in ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, Workflow Management
• Experience with building and maintaining Dashboards, Chatbots, and Analytics on the ServiceNow platform

• Minimum 1 full-cycle ServiceNow implementation as a lead architect
• Experience with at least 5 enhancement projects on ServiceNow modules
