• Experience: 0-5 years in field service (Freshers also encouraged to apply)

Responsibilities

• The Engineer will contact the Customer before attending the allotted Call to provide information and confirm arrival.
• Before attending the call, collect Call Login ID, Model, Sl.No., PO No., and Inv. No. from the informed colleague.
• After attending the call, give feedback to the colleague who informed about the call, copying all Managers.
• The attending Engineer may seek guidance from senior colleagues/Managers for instrument rectification.
• Perform Operational Verification and maintain records.

Roles And Resposibilities

• The Engineer, before attending the allotted Call on Installation, Warranty, Service or for One-time- calibration, will contact the Customer, for giving information and for getting confirmation on his arrival.
• Before attending the allotted call, he will collect information about Call Login ID, Model, Sl.No., PO No., and Inv. No. of the instrument, from the concerned colleague who has informed about the Call.
• The call attending Engineer, after attending the call, will give feed back to the concerned Colleague who has sent information about allotment of the call, under copies to all Managers.
• The concerned Engineer who is attending on the allotted call may seek the guidance / help of other senior colleagues / Managers in case of rectification of the instrument could not have been done.
• Performing the Operational Verification and maintaining the records.

Must-Have Requirements

• Diploma / Graduate in Sciences/Engineering Streams OR Diploma/ITI with Rich Experience
• Product Knowledge, Technical Expertise, Problem Identification/Rectification Skills, Leadership, Training Skills
• Experience: 0-5 years of experience in field service(Freshers are also encouraged to apply).
