Job summary

Calcom Vision Limited in India is seeking a skilled Service Engineer (Solar Lights) to manage installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of solar lighting products for commercial and residential settings.

You will perform on-site installation, testing, fault diagnosis, and customer demonstrations while maintaining detailed service logs and reporting. Strong knowledge of DC/AC circuits, BMS, and MPPT/PWM controllers is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience with solar lighting systems and field service.
• Ability to diagnose DC/AC circuits and solar components.
• Knowledge of BMS and MPPT/PWM controllers.
• Willingness to perform on-site installations and repairs.

Responsibilities

• Installation & Commissioning: Set up, test, and activate solar streetlights and related equipment.
• Maintenance & Repair: Diagnose and fix faults in solar panels, batteries, and LED drivers.
• Customer Support: Provide on-site technical assistance and product demonstrations.
• Reporting: Maintain detailed logs of field service reports, faults, and feedback.

Key Responsibilities-Field Services & Technical Support

• Installation & Commissioning: Set up, test, and activate solar streetlights, courtyard lights, and solar power packs.

• Maintenance & Repair: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and fix faults in solar panels, charge controllers, lithium batteries, and LED drivers.

• Customer Support: Provide on-site technical assistance, resolve customer complaints, and conduct product demonstrations.

• Reporting: Maintain detailed logs of field service reports,
• component failures, and customer feedback.

• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of DC/AC circuits, battery management systems (BMS), and solar charge controllers (MPPT/PWM)
