Responsibilities

• Attend assigned customer service and installation visits.
• Carry required tools, materials, and service documents.
• Collect and return materials from the stock center with proper records.
• Reach customer sites on time and maintain professional conduct.
• Verify warranty/invoice details before providing service.
• Explain product issues and service charges to customers.
• Perform troubleshooting, repairs, and installations efficiently.
• Coordinate with the Service Center for visit updates and closures.
• Maintain accurate service reports and material transaction records.
• Build positive customer relationships and ensure satisfaction.
