India Gold Metaverse Pvt. Ltd. (IGM) is seeking a Testing & Installation Service Executive to handle installation, testing, servicing, and customer demonstrations of gold testing machines (Digital Karatometer).

The role involves frequent field visits, direct customer interaction, and basic troubleshooting to ensure smooth machine operations. The position offers on-roll, full-time employment with standard Monday to Friday workdays and noon-to-evening timings in Andheri East, Mumbai.

• Perform routine servicing and maintenance of machines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues.
