Job summary

MK Versuchsanlagen, with its India subsidiary MK METALFREE India Pvt. Ltd, is expanding its service team in India. The role focuses on on-site service, repairs and calibrations for customers, with options for in-house work at Hyderabad or remote support.

A strong electronics/mechatronics background and willingness to travel are essential. Candidates should have several years of service experience, be adept with MS Office, and possess basic knowledge of networks/Wi-Fi.

Qualifications

• Interest in continuing education (internal training in hardware/software).
• Basic knowledge of Network/Wi‑Fi technology is advantageous.
• Background in regulated industries like Pharma/Life Sciences is preferred.

• Several years of service experience and MS Office proficiency.
• Vocational training and/or >=3 years of electronics/mechatronics/industrial maintenance experience (comparable in India).

Responsibilities

• Service, repairs and calibrations for existing customers on site, at Hyderabad branch, or remotely.
• Maintenance tasks including troubleshooting and software setup for service operations.
• On-site sales support using technical expertise, including stocktaking, network analysis, and proposing suitable technology and specs for FAT/SAT.

Duties

• Service, repairs and calibrations for our existing customers on site, but also in-house at our branch in Hyderabad or remote
• Maintenance duties, including troubleshooting, error correction, and other repairs and scheduled maintenance work. This also includes software-based setup and follow-up to service operations
• On-site sales support utilizing technical expertise, including stocktaking, network analysis, the selection of suitable technology and specifications for proposals as well as support during Factory & Site Acceptance Tests

• Preferred, but not a prerequisite: you possess basic knowledge of Network/Wi-Fi technology
• Ideally you have a background in regulated industries like Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences, BioTech etc.
• You enjoy traveling and are open to other people and cultures
• You have several years of experience in service
• You are well-versed in Microsoft Office programs
• You have vocational training and/or at least three years professional experience as an electronics technician, mechatronics technician, or industrial maintenance technician (comparable education in India)
