Job summary

Talent Corner Hr Services seeks a Field Service Engineer to support clients on-site, quickly resolving queries and issues. You will identify and report incidents, maintain an Issue Tracker for each machine, and work to minimize breakdown times per the Service Manager's targets.

Ideal candidates hold a Diploma/ITI in Mechanical/Mechatronics/Instrumentation/Electrical/Electronics, with 6 months to 1 year in AgriTech or industrial automation service roles.

Qualifications

• Diploma or ITI in Mechanical/Mechatronics/Instrumentation/Electrical/Electronics.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in service/support/installation in AgriTech or Industrial Automation.
• Experience in electrical panel wiring.
• Experience in handling mechanical tools.
• Proficient in operating computers.
• Must belong to or be local to the installation area.
• Ability to travel daily to site in 12-hour shifts and possess own vehicle.
• Fluent in Hindi, English and local service region language.

• 6month -1 years of experience working for service/support/installation departments of AgriTech or Industrial Automation companies.
• Experienced in Electrical Panel Wiring
• Experienced in handling Mechanical Tools
• Proficient in operating Computers
• Belong from or at the local location where the machines will be installed.
• Ability to travel daily to the site in shifts of 12 hours and must possess their own vehicle.
• Fluent in Hindi, English and the Local Language of their Service Region.
