• Ability to read/write regional languages.
• Technical background or relevant field service experience.
• Good communication with customers.
• Must ride a two-wheeler and hold a license.

Responsibilities

• Go to customer sites to set up products and ensure everything is connected and working.
• Respond quickly when customers need help and perform routine maintenance to keep everything running smoothly.
• Professionally and promptly manage field service requests.
• Keep records of all installations and service activities.
• Create reports on the work done and any improvements needed.
