Job summary

Agappe Diagnostics Ltd. is seeking a Service Engineer with a background in IVD/medical devices to perform installation, servicing, and reporting duties.

The role requires a technical degree and at least 2 years of field experience, with the ability to multitask and manage time efficiently on assigned tours. The candidate should be goal-oriented, organized, and self-motivated, with good Excel skills and familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

• B.Tech/B.E/Diploma (3 year)/B.Sc in Electronics & Communication/ Biomedical Engineering is required.
• Min. 2 years of experience as service engineer in IVD/medical devices/electronics industry.

Responsibilities

• To do installations on stipulated time.
• To report and attend complaint at the earliest, once it is notified.
• To rectify the complaint within allocated TAT.
• To achieve AMC/CMC targets and consumable targets month wise.
• To work in the field as per the tour plan.
• To meet all non-AMC customers for ensuring AMC acceptance.
• To ensure the company's reporting system is implemented like timely submission of documents, installation reports, tour program, expense statement, AMC/CMC contracts and other periodic submissions.
• To give timely feedback to the seniors and back-office team regarding market trends and competitors and contribute towards developing effective field strategies.
