Job summary

Wellness Meditech in Navi Mumbai is seeking a service engineer to install and set up medical equipment at client locations. You will ensure machines are tested, functioning, and ready for use, and you will provide demonstrations and training to clients and staff.

Visit hospitals and clinics as required, diagnose and troubleshoot issues, perform routine maintenance, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve service requests.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in service engineering, machine installation, technical support, field service or medical equipment.
• No degree or diploma is mandatory.
• Hands-on experience with machine installation, troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Good communication and client-handling skills.
• Ability to explain machine operation and train clients.
• Willingness to travel to client locations.
• Good problem-solving and technical skills.
• Responsible, professional and presentable.
