Job summary

Nikos Consulting in Gandhidham, Gujarat seeks a Field Service Engineer to provide after-sales service support for automotive equipment, handling repairs, warranty issues, and technical service on-site at customer locations.

You will conduct field service calls, coordinate with dealers, process work orders and invoices, and maintain accurate records of service activities and CSI feedback.

• Coordinate with dealerships on sales activities, inventory management, and CSI monitoring.
• Handle warranty claims processing and resolve queries from customers regarding product quality or performance issues.
• Maintain accurate records of service requests, work orders, and invoices.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide after-sales service support to customers, ensuring timely resolution of issues related to vehicle repairs, spare parts, warranty handling, and technical services.

• Manage dealer operations by coordinating with dealerships on sales activities, inventory management, and customer satisfaction index (CSI) monitoring.
  
• Handle warranty claims processing and resolve queries from customers regarding product quality or performance issues.
  
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers, including service requests, work orders, and invoices.
