Job summary

Blue Star is seeking personnel to manage customer complaints and coordinate resolution through ServIT in Gurgaon region. The role involves handling calls from the centre, reviewing pending issues daily, and escalating where needed to SDH/AM for timely resolution.

Additionally, the candidate will render PMS per system schedules to meet division targets, arrange defective material returns, raise warranty claims when applicable, and process offers for non-AMC spare parts in line with company

Responsibilities

• Handle complaint management from acknowledgement to closing the call in ServIT
• Daily review of pending complaints
• Escalate complaints to SDH/AM for resolution
• Render PMS as per system schedule and achieve division PMS adherence
• Arrange returning defective material
• Raise warranty claims where applicable
• Submit offers for NON AMC i.e. Spares RS per company guidelines and book/bill orders
