Job summary

Blue Star in Kolkata seeks a capable service professional to manage customer complaints from acknowledgement to closure in ServIT. You will review pending issues daily, escalate where needed, ensure PMS adherence, and coordinate returns of defective material within company guidelines.

You will also raise warranty claims when applicable and prepare offers for NON AMC items, booking and billing orders efficiently.

Qualifications

• Diploma/ BE/ B.Tech required.
• Experience 3 to 5 years in service/complaint handling.
• Willing to work in Kolkata location.

Responsibilities

• Acknowledge and close customer calls in ServIT.
• Review pending complaints daily.
• Escalate to SDH/AM as needed.
• Ensure PMS adherence per schedule.
• Coordinate return of defective material.
• Raise warranty claims when applicable.
• Prepare offers for NON AMC (Spare parts & R&S) and handle booking and billing.

• Handling complaint management right from acknowledging the call received from call centre to closing the call in ServIT.
• Daily review of pending complaints.
• Escalating the complaints to SDH/AM wherever any support is required for resolving the complaint.
• Rendering PMS as per schedule generated through system and achieving PMS adherence as per division target.
• Arranging to send defective material back.
• Raising warranty claims wherever applicable.
• Submission of offers for NON AMC i.e Spares & R&S as per company guidelines and policies and booking and billing the orders.
