Qualifications

• Diploma/ BE/ B.Tech required.
• 3–5 years of experience in service/maintenance or related field.
• Experience in handling customer complaints and service processes.

Responsibilities

• Handle complaint management from acknowledgment to closure in ServIT.
• Conduct daily review of pending complaints and ensure timely resolution.
• Escalate complex issues to SDH/AM for resolution support.
• Render PMS as per schedule and achieve division PMS targets.
• Arrange to send defective material back and process related logistics.

4. Rendering PMS as per schedule generated through system and achieving PMS adherence as per division target

6. Raising warranty claims wherever applicable
7. Submission of offers for NON AMC i.e Spares & R&S as per company guidelines and policies and booking and billing the orders
