Job summary

Blue Star in Bengaluru seeks an experienced service professional to manage after-sales processes and complaint handling.

You will own end-to-end complaint resolution, review pending cases daily, and escalate to SDH/AM when help is required.

Responsibilities include PMS adherence, returning defective material, raising warranty claims, and processing spares and non-AMC offers as per policy, with accurate booking and billing.
