Job summary

Blue Star is seeking a dedicated professional to manage complaints from acknowledgment to closure in ServIT, with daily reviews and escalation as needed. The role includes PMS adherence, handling defective material returns, and raising warranty claims where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Managing complaints from acknowledgment to closing the call in ServIT
• Daily review of pending complaints
• Escalating complaints to SDH/AM for resolution support
• Rendering PMS as per schedule generated through system and achieving PMS adherence
• Arranging to send defective material back
• Raising warranty claims as applicable
• Submitting offers for NON AMC i.e. Spares & R&S per company guidelines and practices and booking and billing orders
