Job summary

Blue Star is seeking a candidate to manage complaints end-to-end in Bengaluru, handling acknowledgement to closure within ServIT. The role requires daily monitoring of open cases, escalation for resolution, and ensuring PMS adherence as per division targets.

You will arrange returns for defective material and raise warranty claims when applicable to maintain service levels. This position focuses on efficient case handling, processing of non-AMC spare parts and replacement & service offers in

Responsibilities

• Handling complaint management right from acknowledging the call received from call centre to closing the call in ServIT
• Daily review of pending complaints
• Escalating the complaints to SDH/AM wherever any support is required for resolving the complaint
• Rendering PMS as per schedule generated through system and achieving PMS adherence as per division target
• Arranging to send defective material back
• Raising warranty claims wherever applicable
• Submission of offers for NON AMC i.e Spares & R&S as per company guidelines and practices and booking and billing the orders
