Job summary

Reynold India is seeking a dedicated service coordinator to manage North and South region operations, ensuring seamless coordination between purchase, sales and engineering teams.

You will prepare service invoices and challans with the accounts team, follow up payments for service and loading/unloading invoices to customers (Varian & Siemens), submit daily schedules to your manager, and report on open cases and daily MOM for the North/South region.

Responsibilities

• To look after service coordination in North/South region.
• Coordinating with Purchase, sales and engineer team.
• Making service Invoice, challan from account team.
• Taking payment follow-up of service invoice to customer.
• Taking payment follow-up of Loading/ unloading invoice to Customers (Varian & Siemens).
• To submit a daily schedule to my manager.
• Doing daily meeting of North/South region.
• Providing daily update of open case (Medical/ Non-medical).
• Replaying the daily MOM of North/South region.
• Replying West all emails/ documentation of all open cases/pending issues/ cash received/ U/B; Warranty/ invoicing done on time / complaints being closed on time.
• Taking all phone calls of all customers.
• Managing/ supporting North/South engineers to receive.
