Job summary

Amtech Electronics in Gujarat is seeking a proactive Sales Co-ordinator to manage end-to-end order execution, coordinating with regional in-charge, sales engineers, customers and internal departments.

You will prepare offers with technical specifications and BOM costing, attach case studies and energy savings calculations, perform techno-commercial reviews, and update ERP records while supporting delivery, inspections and payments.

• Coordinating with Regional In charge, Sales engineer, Customer and Internal departments within the organization.
• Understanding customer''s application requirements,selecting the products accordingly, costing preparation for major Bills Of Material, Preparing offer.
• Preparing offer with Technical specification compliance, Single Line Diagram as per requirement.
• Attaching related Case studies, Customer List, Energy saving calculation, Technical write ups along with offer whenever required Follow up mails and calls for inquiry in coordination with sales engineers Inquiry entry, Order entry,Work order entry in ERP system.
• Techno commercial review of customer''s order Preparing Technical work order after contract review.
• Coordinating with customer and our Engineering team during Drawing approval.
• Executing the customer''s order on time.
• Updating customer and sales engineer for delivery status.
• Collecting advance and sending proforma invoice,follow up for ABGs and PBGs.
• Delivery date amendment for LD waive off process when required.
• Handling customer during Inspection of products.
• Arranging dispatch and coordinating with customer for freight and mode of transport.
• Ensuring receipt of material at customer''s end.
• Collecting payment and updating sales engineer for outstanding amount Support to team members for arrange seminar,trial,exhibition Calls to prospects /Introduction letters for inquiry generation Customer call to ensure quotation receipt,material receipt, thanks call for payment receipt Updating master contact list for concern sales engineer''s CDP Updating News Letter List Updating sales engineer for ready stock and concentrating to sell from ready stock.
• Completing the day to day work on time Other day-to-day activity assign by Reporting Head / Dept.
