Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prepare and send quotations for walk-in inquiries.
• Conduct tele- calling and cold calls; generate leads and convert them.
• Send introductory emails to customers and follow up on inquiries.
• Submit reports to management.
• Maintain stock sheets and share updates with management.
• Plan material, place POs, and coordinate material dispatches and deliveries.
• Ensure proper execution of purchase orders and billing.
• Coordinate with transporters to resolve disputes and ensure smooth dispatches.
• Provide timely responses to incoming emails and inquiries.
• Circulate secondary reports to DSR and share targets vs achievements with the team.
• Follow up on payments and track PO, SO, and quotations.

Role & responsibilities

• 1-Primary responsibility for sending quotation for walk-in(Office) Inquiries.
• 2-Tele calling/cold call, Lead generation & conversion, sending Introductory mail to customer.
• 3-Reports which need to be submitted to management
• 4-Stock sheet to be maintained & sent to Management
• 5-Planning of material, placing PO, Coordinating for material dispatches & deliveries for materials.
• 6-Proper execution of Purchase order & billing.
• 7-Coordinating with transporter in regards with any dispute & enabling smooth dispatches.
• 8- First hand revert on the Incoming mail.
• 9-Coordinating with DSR for any support & resolving any issue while on field.
• 10-Circulating SECONDARY REPORT internally to DSR, Target V/s. Achievement report to all DSR. To inform team about the shortfall & ensuring MMPL targets are achieved.
• 11-Payment Follow up.
• 12- PO, SO & Quotation.
