Job summary

Venus Home Appliances in Chennai oversees service coordination across automobile and consumer electrical/electronic products. The role ensures timely resolution of complaints, tracks spare parts from factory to branches, and coordinates franchisee claims for approval.

You will generate branch service income reports and coordinate CRM/reporting with branches. You will train staff on CRM, mobile app, and Power BI, follow up on outstanding franchise balances, and monitor defects and godown

• Prepare reports on branch service income and clarify discrepancies.
• Coordinate with branches for CRM and reports.
• Follow up franchisee outstanding balances.
• CRM / Mobile App / Power BI training for new hires.
• Defects follow-up and update tracking sheets.
• Godown follow-up work monthly.

Job description

• 1. Must have Service Coordination in Automobile/ Consumer Electrical/Electronic Manufacture.
• 2. To ensure timely completion of service complaints.
• 3. Spare Parts - To monitor spare parts movement from factory to branch offices,Service Franchisees evaluation
• 4. Franchisee Claims - To co-ordinate & collect all the franchisee claims from branches & to check for any deviations before approval.
• 5. OG Call Service Income - Branch service technicians service charges report preparation and if there is any clarification about the less amount referring to call details, will inquire and submit report.
• 6. Coordination with Branches - To co-ordinate with branches for any clarification in CRM & reports generation. Reports.
• 7. Franchisees Outstanding - Franchisee Outstanding Follow-Up with
• Branch Supervisor about over limit days franchisees as per guidance.
• 8. CRM / Mobile App. / Power Bi Training - CRM Training /Mobile App
• Training/Power Bi training for new comers.
• 9. Defects follow up - Tank Leakage Google sheet updation follow up
• 10. Godown Follow up work - Godown follow up work service person monthly.
