Job summary

Economy Process Solutions in Maharashtra seeks a service coordinator to manage AMC/preventive maintenance workflows, document checklists, and coordinate between service, sales and production.

You will maintain equipment service history by serial number, manage invoicing milestones with Finance, and prepare renewal proposals from the installed base.

Engineering background and CRM experience are preferred; attention to detail and strong communication are essential.

• Record service checklists pre/post-visit and handover.
• Update service workflow live in HubSpot.
• Coordinate between service, sales and production for timely customer communication.
• Handle AMC documentation and customer inputs.
• Schedule and track preventive maintenance visits under contract; ensure none lapse.
• Trigger renewal reminders 60 days before expiry and prepare AMC proposals from the installed base database.
• Prepare AMC/CMC proposal documentation, collect customer inputs, and route contracts for approval and signature.
• Track contract invoicing milestones with Finance.
• Maintain the digital service report for each job with customer sign-off, parts consumed and observations recorded.
• Maintain equipment service history by serial number for complete install-base records.

Role & responsibilities

This role would entail-

• -ensuring the service checklists pre/post and handover are recorded for each visit
• -ensuring the service workflow is updated live in HubSpot
• -coordinating between service , sales and production to ensure timely communication to the customer
• -handling the documentation for AMCs, customer inputs
• -Scheduling and tracking preventive maintenance visits due under contract; ensure none lapse.
• -Triggering renewal reminders 60 days before contract expiry and warranty-expiry AMC proposals from the installed base database.
• -Preparing AMC/CMC proposal documentation, collect customer inputs and declarations, and route contracts for approval and signature.
• -Tracking contract invoicing milestones with Finance.
• -Maintaining the digital service report for each job, with customer sign-off, parts consumed and observations recorded.
• -Maintaining the equipment service history by serial number so a complete record is retrievable for any pump in the installed base.
