Vutto, a full-stack phygital platform transforming the used two-wheeler market in India, is hiring a sharp sales professional to onboard used bike dealers in the Delhi region. If you’ve worked with bikes and know your way around an engine, join our fast-paced team.

You will greet customers, prepare job cards, provide estimates and timelines, coordinate with technicians, upsell services, and ensure customer satisfaction in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and understand vehicle issues or service requirements
• Prepare job cards with accurate details of complaints and required work
• Provide cost estimates, timelines, and service recommendations
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure proper diagnosis and repair
• Keep customers informed about service progress and delays
• Upsell additional services, accessories, or maintenance packages
• Conduct final inspection before vehicle delivery
• Explain work done and charges to customers clearly
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and handle complaints professionally

ABOUT THE ROLE

At Vutto, we're building India's most trusted brand in pre-owned bikes. We're growing fast and expanding our direct-from-customer procurement model — and we need a sharp, detail-oriented sales professional to onboard used bike dealers across the Delhi region. If you’ve worked with bikes, know your way around an engine, and want to be part of a fast-paced, high-performance team — this role is for you.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES.
