Vutto is seeking a Customer Experience Executive to manage customer queries, support, and ensure smooth interactions with buyers and sellers in the phygital used two-wheeler platform in India.

The role calls for excellent communication, patience, and a customer-first mindset to maintain records, resolve issues, and escalate when needed, contributing to a high-paced startup culture.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to handle pressure and manage time effectively
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
• Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, or chats
• Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
• Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
• Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution
• Provide accurate information about products/services
• Escalate complex issues to the relevant department
