Responsibilities:

• Manage backend and frontend operations
• Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to improve processes
• Enhance efficiency across front-end and back-end processes

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in backend/frontend operations
• Experience in the automobile industry is an advantage
• Previous experience managing a team
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English & Hindi
• High sense of ownership, responsibility, resilience, and management skills
