Job summary

Vutto is seeking a Senior Program Manager to own and scale its central operations team. You will drive operational excellence, optimize turnaround times, and establish category management practices to support growth and scalability.

You will collaborate with Product, Operations, Sales, Finance, and Technology, define goals and KPIs, build dashboards, and mentor a team to deliver high-impact programs in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• 4 years of experience in program management, especially in a startup ecosystem.
• Strong people management and leadership experience.
• Has delivered exceptional results into operational chops.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of strategic programs.
• Define program goals, KPIs, timelines, and success metrics.
• Work closely with Product, Operations, Sales, Finance, Technology, and other cross-functional teams.
• Identify operational gaps and implement scalable processes and solutions.
• Track program performance and provide regular business updates to leadership.
• Drive data-driven decision-making and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and escalations to ensure timely delivery.
• Build dashboards and reports to monitor key program metrics.
• Lead process improvement and automation initiatives wherever applicable.
• Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

The Role:

As Senior program manager you will own and scale Vutto’s central operations team, with a strong focus on driving operational excellence and execution efficiency across categories. The incumbent will be responsible for improving turnaround times (TAT), optimizing unit economics, and establishing structured category management practices to support business growth and operational scalability.

Responsibilities :

• Own end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of strategic programs.
