Job summary

Kreative Events in India is seeking a Wedding Planner with strong sales experience to handle wedding inquiries, convert leads into bookings, understand client requirements, and coordinate planning and execution of weddings and events.

You will manage client meetings, plan timelines, coordinate with decorators, caterers, photographers, and other vendors, and ensure a smooth, memorable experience while meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in wedding planning, events, hospitality, luxury services, or a related industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to generate leads, follow up, negotiate, and close sales.
• Confident and presentable personality.
• Strong client-handling and relationship-management skills.
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and event days.
• Knowledge of the local wedding/event market is an advantage.

Wedding Planning & Coordination

• Coordinate with clients from initial booking until the completion of the event.
• Plan timelines, schedules, and event requirements.
• Coordinate with decorators, photographers, caterers, makeup artists, DJs, entertainers, and other vendors.
• Ensure client requirements are communicated clearly to the execution team.
• Assist with wedding-day coordination and on-site event management.
• Handle last-minute client requirements and resolve issues professionally.
• Ensure a smooth and memorable experience for clients.
