Job summary

NAB India is seeking a senior Process Management COE leader to drive enterprise standards and governance across Operations. The role demands strategic leadership, strong collaboration with stakeholders, and accountability for process delivery and risk management.

You will lead process improvements, governance, and knowledge management, enabling faster, better outcomes for customers and colleagues. This is a hybrid role with opportunities for impact across NAB's innovation agenda.

Qualifications

• 13+ years of experience in Financial Services or similar sectors.
• Proven delivery of transformation initiatives.
• Strong inclusive leadership driving outcomes through teams.
• Deep knowledge of process and controls management.

Responsibilities

• Embed and sustain enterprise process management standards (PACE) and NAB IT standards across Enterprise Operations.
• Reduce process quality issues through effective controls.
• Ensure high-quality work instruction documentation aligned to approved process models.
• Embed accessible knowledge as a managed asset to enable teammates and better outcomes.
• Deliver COE deliverables in line with ELT measures, timelines and capacity.
• Drive ongoing innovation and continuous improvement using technology across the team.
