Job summary

NAB India is seeking a Vice President - Delivery Lead to align strategic direction of squads across domains, delivering multiple complex business outcomes. This permanent role is based at DLF Downtown, Sector 25A, Gurugram, with on-site responsibilities and a focus on outcomes that impact customers and communities.

You will lead large teams, manage multi-vendor delivery, drive agile at scale, and provide clear stakeholder communications on dependencies, deliverables, and risks.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in project, program, portfolio, or delivery management, with experience in banking and financial services desirable.
• Experience in agile ways of working and agile at scale approach
• Managing the delivery of large complex programs containing multiple streams, with multiple vendors (typically)
• Building, leading, and managing teams of between 10-100+ people
• Use of structured program and project management methodologies, inclusive of change management and technology delivery

Responsibilities
